<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake valve structure and an intake valve unit of an intake manifold, preventing dimensional change and lowering of strength due to water absorption of a resin-made valve or influence of heat or the like, and improving sliding performance in a bearing part. <P>SOLUTION: This intake valve structure 10 provided in an intake port of an intake manifold includes: a resin-made valve body 1; a shaft penetrating the valve body 1 to rotate the valve body 1; shaft members 3a, 3b which the shaft penetrates to rotate with the shaft; and bearing members 2a, 2b rotatably supporting the shaft members 3a, 3b, wherein the shaft members 3a, 3b and the bearing members 2a, 2b are preferably formed of resin different from that of the valve body 1 and having excellent sliding performance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
