PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device in which positional deviation of a memory slot from a body chassis can be prevented, even when the positional deviation of the memory slot from a circuit board occurs. SOLUTION: A digital camera 20 is provided with the body chassis 1 that is the main structure, a circuit board 3 with a circuit for processing image information mounted thereon, a board-holding member 2 for holding the circuit board 3 and the memory slot 9 for storing a recording medium, wherein fixing screws 4 and 5 position the memory slot 9 with respect to the board holding member 2, and positioning nibs 1a and 1b position the board holding member 2 with respect to the body chassis 1.
