<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical transceiver for ensuring higher transmission and reception isolation with a flexible structure, forming a differential signal transmission path resulting in no difference in delay, and realizing high quality single core bothway optical communication. <P>SOLUTION: Differential signal terminal pair 13A, 13B of reception external terminals 13 arranged horizontally of the single core bidirectional module 5 are connected to differential signal paired terminal connected to an IC of a limiting amplifier 8 on a printed circuit board 9, with a flexible substrate 20 allocated to make qual the pair of differential signal lines. In this case, the flexible substrate 20 connects one end of the differential paired signal terminal to the differential paired signal terminal 13A, 13B of the single core bidirectional module 5, the side nearer to the single end is bent perpendicularly, and the side near the other end from the bending part is bent back diagonally. Consequently, after the total bending of two times, the other end of the differential paired signal terminal is connected to the differential signal terminal pair of the printed circuit board 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
