PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster prevention shelter, changing its attitude depending upon a change in center of gravity of a person and a vehicle to reduce the installation cost. SOLUTION: In a container 9 in which a fireproof panel 8 is disposed on the upside, the bottom is V-shaped, or inclined only at one side to mount a swing shaft 18 in the center, or in a parking space provided on a multi-swing arm formed by connecting the right and left sides by a link arm, in which a swing shaft is disposed in the center of multi-swing arms 10 disposed parallel to each other on the upper and lower sides, the swing motion generated by shifting of the center of gravity balance caused by movement of the person and the vehicle is utilized to accommodate the person and the vehicle in the upper and interior parking spaces. A manual bar 1, a waterproof cover 2, a manual bar 3, an external swing arm 4, a manual bar 5, a hook 6, a door 7, an oil or air damper 11, a U-shaped frame outer wall 12, a housing position 13 of the vehicle, and a hook 14.
