PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strengthen the windproof function of restraining a tile from being curled up from the side of a tile head part by a strong wind, in a conventional fixing-nail construction method, without adopting an engaging uneven structure with the risk of damage. SOLUTION: This windproof tile is fixed by making a fixing bracket 2 such as a fixing nail penetrate to the side of the tail part 11 of the tile and driving it into a crosspiece member 31. Characteristically, the windproof tile is constituted in such a manner as to be protrusively formed as follows: on the undersurface of the tail part 11, a projecting part 14 is provided in the rear of a hooking protrusion 13 for being hooked on the crosspiece member 31; and a lower end of the projecting part 14 abuts on a roof bed material 3 such as a sheathing roof board when the tile 1 is laid.
