<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recommend appropriate content that matches the user's selection of content whose attributes are different from those of the content that a user uses usually. <P>SOLUTION: When informed by a control part 12 about a selected song, a short-term preference vector creating part 22 obtains the song vector V of the song from a song vector storage part 21 and stores the song vector V in a short-term preference vector storage part 23 as a short-term preference vector Vnp.
