PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical component made of hardened resin which can maintain the original shape even heated in soldering steps securing its small optical loss before and after soldering, and is excellent in mold-release characteristics and in fashioning fine shapes. SOLUTION: This optical waveguide mold is made of the hardened resin which is obtained by radically polymerizing the composites containing, as the indispensable components, a meta-acrylate monomer of two or more function groups of a perfluoro cyclohexane structure (A), and a monomer component (B) which is a meta-acrylate monomer of two or more function groups not containing a perfluoro cyclohexane structure and is one or more kinds picked up from a group of alicyclic meta-acrylate, complex meta-acrylate and silsesquioxane system meta-acrylate.
