The vehicle has an electrically operable cooling and air-conditioning system (80) and a converting device (10) to convert a kinetic energy from a relative movement of a vehicle and air flow into an electrical energy. A supply device (50) supplies the electrical energy to the system. The device (10) is arranged in an area of a heat exchanger for cooling a vehicle engine. The device (10) has propellers which are rotated by air flow.
