PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Stirling refrigerating system capable of exercising refrigerating performance in maximum when a piston does not have the maximum stroke in spite of a state for maximizing the stroke of piston. SOLUTION: A control device implements the control of overmodulation, when it is determined that the piston is operated with the maximum stroke, modulation factor of PWM reaches maximum modulation factor, and a present stroke is smaller than the maximum stroke by more than a prescribed value.
