PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce and activate the physical constitution of an eating person by activating a food to be cooked by an oxidation-reduction reaction as well as to enable a cooking person to reduce active oxygen, to suppress the oxidation of the living body and to promote the activation of the cells by sucking anions generated in the air by a heated cooker through the respiratory tract and absorbing the anions through a mucous membrane and a capillary. SOLUTION: The cooker reduces and activates the food to be cooked by the heat during a cooking process with an electronic switching reaction of a member which is disposed at the outside of the cooker made of metal and has the oxidation-reduction reaction.
