<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable screen ink composition which can be printed on the surface of a substrate such as compact disk by a jet ink method to form a recording layer, gives the smooth surface, can quickly be set by the jet ink method, hardly blots the jet ink printed on the recording layer, even after stored under the environments of high temperature and high humidity, does not cause tackiness in the recording layer itself by moisture to block the recording layer, and can form the recording layer not causing the warp of the disk due to the change of the humidity, when the environment is rapidly changed from a high humidity environment to a low humidity environment. <P>SOLUTION: This active energy ray-curable screen ink composition is characterized by comprising a hydroxy group-having water-soluble monofunctional monomer, a water-soluble polymer, a dye-fixing agent and silica, wherein the silica has an average particle diameter of 6 to 18 μm, the maximum particle diameter of ≤30 μm, and is contained in an amount of 10 to 25 pts. per 100 pts. of the ink composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
