PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add a camera shake compensating functions to imaging equipment, equipped with two or more image sensors. SOLUTION: A color separation prism 30 is formed in a lens unit 5, separating the color of photographic light into G light, and R light and B light. The color separation prism 30 makes the G light incident on a CCD image sensor 23, and makes R light and the B light incident on a CCD image sensor 24. The sensor-moving mechanisms 27 and 28 move CCD image sensors 23 and 24, respectively, within a plane perpendicular to optical axis A1, at the camera shake detected. The positional gap of the photographic image, produced on the imaging plane of each image sensor due to hand deflection is individually compensated by the sensor-moving mechanisms 27 and 28, and degradation of photography image quality is prevented, accordingly.
