PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stroke-measuring device with simple formation capable of operating easily by manual fashion, without power source. SOLUTION: The stroke-measuring device is characterized by having a case a moving section changing its thickness with load, while displacing with driving force, is arranged, which includes a holding section held removably, an abutting section abutted against the moving section concerned, facing the displacing direction of the moving section, and held relatively displaceable to the holding section; a pressing section pressing the abutting section concerned; and a measuring section measuring the relative displacement of the abutting section against the holding section. It is desirable the displacement of the abutting section be measured, when pressed against by the driving force concerned and released from the pressing section, by adopting the position of the abutting section as a reference, when pressed against not by the driving force and abutted by the abutting section.
