The invention concerns a method which consists in providing a gelatin gel with concentration ranging between 5 and 30 % and preferably between 15 and 20 %, and in subjecting said gelatin gel to irradiation by means of an ionizing radiation using in particular a gamma- or beta-type radiation, at a minimum dose of 25 kGray, and in dispersing said crosslinked gelatin gel in a sterile aqueous support and in introducing said gel into a container under pressure equipped with pulverizing means under pressure.
