PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jetting apparatus capable of ensuring a high hitting accuracy when a separating distance is small, and preventing a malfunction caused by mist when the separating distance is large by appropriately using a delivering pulse in accordance with the separating distance from a nozzle opening to an object to be discharged. SOLUTION: A first intermediate dot discharging pulse DP1 is constituted so that after a first charging element is loaded, an electric discharging element is loaded to a piezoelectric vibrator at a timing when a meniscus is positioned to a pressure room side more than a stationary position. A second intermediate dot delivering pulse DP3 is constituted so that after the first charging element is loaded, the electric discharging element is loaded to a pressure generating element at a timing when the meniscus is positioned more outside than the case of the first intermediate dot discharging pulse. When intermediate dots are formed, a pulse selecting and feeding means selects the first intermediate dot delivering pulse under the first condition that a paper gap is small, and the means selects the second intermediate dot delivering pulse under the second condition that the paper gap is larger that of the first condition.
