PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device such as a stencil process printing device for carrying paper having one surface formed with images and the other surface to be subsequently formed with images toward a re-feed paper tray to be mounted with the paper by a paper carrying member in an excellent state. SOLUTION: This device has the paper carrying member 64 displaced between a first position for receiving the paper and a second position for supplying the received paper to the re-feed paper tray 45, and a control means for controlling displacement of the paper carrying member 64. The control means adjusts the length of time when the paper carrying member 64 occupies the first position and stands by to receive the paper according to a prescribed condition.
