PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin operation panel which, in the operation panel and its production method, reduces production costs by shortening production processes, can avoid the problem of a failure and a malfunction caused by the penetration of water when the operation panel is set on the original switch of a household electric appliance or the like and used, and can create a satisfactory operation feeling when a membrane switch part is pushed and the method for producing the panel. SOLUTION: When the operation panel 1 is molded by using a flexible synthetic resin elastomer, the fixed and movable molds 7 and 8 of an in-mold transfer device 10 are made to face each other. In a cavity formed by the molding recesses 7a and 8a of the fixed and movable molds 7 and 8, the entire operation panel 1 including membrane switch parts 3a... 3a and 3b... 3b is molded integrally, and simultaneously a printing layer is transferred to the front surface of the operation panel 1.
