PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely discharge a treatment body from a treatment chamber. SOLUTION: In the dry type cold isostatic pressing apparatus where the inside of a molding rubber die 5 closed with an upper punch 10 and a lower punch 11 is used as a treatment chamber 13 for a treatment body H, and the treatment body H treated in the treatment chamber 13 is taken out to the outside by pulling out the lower punch 11 from an outlet 8, an elevation device 14 of moving the upper punch 10 to the side of the outlet 8 so as to extrude the treatment body H to the side of the outlet 8 by the upper punch at the time of taking out the treatment body H is provided.
