The linear movement and rotary servo member has an internal cylinder liner (12) which is cocentric with outer cylinder liner (11) and a piston (14) is present between the two cylinder liners to drive compressed air. A holder (21) is held by means of bearing (22) in the internal cylinder liner and is swivel mounted by means of rotation drive mechanism (30). A drive shaft (24) is inserted into the holder whereby the drive shaft can slide in axial direction. The drive shaft is integrated with the bar (15) of the piston and is swivel mounted relative to piston bar.
