<p>The unit is assembled of a cylindrical housing (1), an inner sleeve (2), a ring element (3) and two sealing rings (10,11). The housing (1) is provided with an inner step. The inner sleeve (2) has several vertical slots (28) for being slightly elastic and a flanged upper edge fitting on top of the step and fixed with screws (22). A narrow gap between the sleeve (2) and the inner surface of the housing (1) facilitates the accommodation of a ring-shaped element (3) and two sealing rings (10,11). Hydraulic fluid is guided towards the inner sleeve (2) pressed against the object to be clamped in.</p> |
