The invention refers to a dispenser for conditioning of dental floss or dentotape in a format of pen or pencil, which allows for functional and constructive improvement, with project endowed of containment body (1), for the dental floss spool (2), tip (3) with cutting blade (4) and cover (5), which make easier to carry, to store and to fasten the dispenser in the user's clothes or personal objects and that can be used as an advertising mean, that has spaces reserved to exhibition of trade marks or advertising messages without loosing reliability inherent to dental floss and dentotape dispensers.
