<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate and accumulate electric power based on natural energy in the case of a power failure such as disaster and to optimally operate respective devices according to communication with a base station for a long time. <P>SOLUTION: Electric power is generated by either/both of a wind power generator 60 and a photovoltaic power generator 40. Communication with a town office disaster information desk can be made by an SS radio device 51 and a PHS 52 based on the generated electric power, and according to the disaster information from the town office desk, a controller 10 regulates operation of warning panels 31a and 31b, a character display 32, and speakers 33a and 33b and luminance of LED lighting devices 34a and 34b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
