PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing device for a cellular phone constituted so that two units are slid and by which at least a part of the two units is opened or closed. SOLUTION: The slide type opening/closing device has a first coupling member coupled to a first unit, a second coupling member slide movably coupled to the first coupling member and coupled to a second unit, a first elastic member coupled to the first and the second coupling parts, respectively and which gives elastic force so that the first and the second coupling members separate from each other, and a second elastic member coupled to a third coupling part provided to the first coupling member and a fourth coupling part provided to the second coupling member, respectively and gives elastic force so that the third and the fourth coupling parts are separated from each other and the second elastic member is located on the side of a second position to the first elastic member so that it is will not overlap the first elastic member.
