PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a circuit inexpensively by fitting an edge to the groove of a case so that a protrusion and a notch face each other for a substrate. SOLUTION: The image receiver (television, for instance) has the substrate 20 provided with a circuit for receiving broadcasting signals and converting them to signals for video display. For the substrate 20, the notch in the shape of being recessed in an arch form is provided on the edge. The television is provided with a cathode-ray tube 30 for displaying video images corresponding to the signals for the video display and the case 10 to which the substrate 20 and the cathode-ray tube 30 are fixed further. The case 10 has the groove part provided with the protrusion in the shape at least partially corresponding to the notch.
