PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parts feeder capable of feeding only parts having normal height of a head portion and eliminating abnormal parts, in parts having the head portions and shaft portions integrally formed with the head portions. SOLUTION: At a part of a parts carrying passage 15 and/or a feeding pipe 16, a passing regulating means 17 prohibiting passing of the parts of which the actual height of the head portions or parts posture is abnormal is provided, and a restrained parts eliminating means 60 eliminating the pars restrained by the passing regulating means 17 is provided. The abnormal parts restrained by the passing regulating means 17 is eliminated by the restrained parts eliminating means 60, and feeding stop time of the parts can be minimized.
