PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hook capable of being used by freely attaching/detaching to a sling belt. SOLUTION: Two hook rods 3, 3 are provided on a hook body 1 having a lock rod 2 locking by winding a flat sling belt. The two rods 3, 3 are disposed in parallel holding the clearance X capable of passing the flat sling belt in the thickness direction, the space capable of locking on the lock rod by changing the direction of the sling belt passed through the clearance of the hook rod is held between the lock rod 2 and the hook rods 3, 3, and the two hook rods function as the hook rod with a pair. The hook rod is formed while curving in the direction pulling the sling belt locked with the lock rod by the external force applied on the hook rod. As a concrete structure, the lock rod 2 is formed in a middle position of the rod material by using one rod material and the hook rods 3, 3 are formed by curving the rod material of both sides.
