PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ballast water circulation apparatus which can eliminate residual ozone in ballast water efficiently at low cost. SOLUTION: The ballast water circulation apparatus includes a circulation pipe 8 for introducing ballast water after ozone treatment and circulating the introduced ballast water. The circulation pipe 8 has an ozone decomposer 10 filled with a catalyst or the like, which circulates several times to decompose residual ozone.
