<p>The present invention provides a composition having disinfectancy & residual antimicrobial activity, where the antimicrobial composition comprises an organosilane quaternary compound and a quaternary ammonium compound and other formulations. Also provided are methods of disinfecting an article or providing an antimicrobial coating to an article using the same.</p>
