<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating coil and a heating method capable of heating a member having a groove as far as the bottom thereof. <P>SOLUTION: When induction-heating a stepped cylindrical member W3 having recessed grooves Ra, Rb at the root of a stepped part, two pieces of pseudoΩ-shaped conductors composed of linear conductors 1 to 7 facing an outer periphery D1a of a large-diameter part, side faces Fa, Fb thereof, and outer peripheries D2a, D3a of a small-diameter part are arranged in parallel with each other so as to stride over the large-diameter part of a member to be heated W, and a circuit is formed by jointing leg-end parts of the two pseudoΩ-shaped conductors, and a protrusion 12 is formed at corner parts of the conductor facing the recessed grooves Ra, Rb. The member to be heated is heated as far as the bottom part of the recessed grooves together with the surface of the large-diameter part and the small-diameter part and the side face of the large-diameter part while rotating the stepped cylindrical member by using the induction heating coil having an indented groove 13 at the part corresponding to the backside of the protrusion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
