PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To concern a means for stably producing a three-dimensional structure in which thin, high, needle-shaped projections are formed on at least one side of a resin sheet and the three-dimensional structure which has a unique property and is produced by the means. SOLUTION: In the molding means for molding the three-dimensional structure in which the needle-shaped projections are formed on at least one side of the resin sheet by pushing/inserting a large number of needle-shaped molds to/into the resin sheet, the needle-shaped mold is composed of a tube. Moreover, by further deforming the tip of the needle-shaped projection, or packing objects in a cavity in the projection, the three-dimensional structure is made to have a unique function and structure.
