PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grout injection plug capable of securely sealing a drilled hole even when driving and using it in the oblique drilled hole and performing the work for breaking and removing a grout injection stem part smoothly. SOLUTION: A pressure receiving collar 16 for receiving a tip of the driving tool fitted externally into the grout injection stem part 13 and a recessed groove 18 for mounting of a sealing member 17 positioned on a coming-off prevention insertion part 12 side for the pressure receiving collar 16 are provided at a position in a part where a non slip insertion part 12 and the grout injection stem part 13 are continuous on an outer peripheral face of a plug main body 11a incorporating a check valve 15 in an injection passage 14. A breakage possible part 19 of the grout injection stem part 13 is formed at a channel bottom position of the recessed groove 18 for mounting the sealing member, and length of a straight part 13a of the grout injection stem part 13 including thickness of the pressure receiving collar 16 is set to 4 to 50 mm.
