PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioning system capable of effectively preventing cold air flowing into a rear seat console vent from being heated by a heater core when full-cooling mode is selected. SOLUTION: This vehicular air-conditioning system includes: an air-conditioning case in which a defrosting vent, a face vent and front seat floor vent are arranged at an outlet, which are communicated with a mixing chamber and of which opening degrees are adjusted with a mode door; an evaporator and a heater core; a rear seat console vent connected to a cold air passage through a cold air bypass passage on a console side connected to a hot air passage at which the heater core is placed; a front seat temperature adjusting door for adjusting opening angles of the cold/hot air passages with respect to the mixing chamber; a rear seat main temperature door for adjusting inlet opening angles of the hot air passage and a cold air bypass passage and a first rear seat auxiliary temperature door for adjusting outlet opening angles of the hot air passage and the cold air bypass passage on the console side with respect to the rear seat console vent.
