<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorometric analysis system capable of heightening measurement accuracy by suppressing autofluorescence of a plate caused by exciting light which is stray light at reflection in the plate. <P>SOLUTION: A microchannel 22 is embedded in the plate 21. A cover 23 is pasted in such a way as to cover the plate 21 so as to prevent a sample from leaking from the channel 22. The cover 23 is made of a transparent resin so as to transmit exciting light 25. A light shielding material 24 is arranged in such a way as to surround the channel 22. The light shielding material 24 is made of an acrylic resin mixed with a black dye so as not to transmit the exciting light 25. The exciting light 25 irradiates the channel 22 to generate fluorescence 26.
