FLUOROMETRIC ANALYSIS SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorometric analysis system capable of heightening measurement accuracy by suppressing autofluorescence of a plate caused by exciting light which is stray light at reflection in the plate.

SOLUTION: A microchannel 22 is embedded in the plate 21. A cover 23 is pasted in such a way as to cover the plate 21 so as to prevent a sample from leaking from the channel 22. The cover 23 is made of a transparent resin so as to transmit exciting light 25. A light shielding material 24 is arranged in such a way as to surround the channel 22. The light shielding material 24 is made of an acrylic resin mixed with a black dye so as not to transmit the exciting light 25. The exciting light 25 irradiates the channel 22 to generate fluorescence 26. Since the channel 22 is surrounded with the light shielding material 24, the exciting light 25 does not leak to the outside of the channel 22.
