PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic manual preparation device which can easily and efficiently prepare an electronic manual.

SOLUTION: The electronic manual preparation device is provided with; a text data storage means 140 which stores text data in which contents of work are described; an image generation means 110 which generates a work image data indicating the contents of the work based on the text data stored in the text data storage means 140; a correspondence information generation means 110 which generates correspondence information which correlates the work image data generated by the image generation means 110 with the text data stored by the text data storage means 140; and an electronic manual output means 130 which correlates the text data with the work image data and outputs them based on the correspondence information generated by the correspondence information generation means 114.
