PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axial gap rotating electric machine that can make itself further thinner. SOLUTION: The axial gap rotating electric machine comprises two pairs of stators 1, 2 and rotors 3, 4 made to face along rotating shafts 5, 6 and arranged on the same axial line C, in such a way that each back side of the rotors 3, 4 is made to face each other along the rotating shafts 5, 6.
