PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cogging torque, to suppress an eddy current loss in a magnet, and to improve a centrifugal force safety ratio of a rotor. SOLUTION: In the high-speed rotation brushless motor, a radial gap g between the rotor magnet 9 and a stator core 5 is made not less than 10% of the inside diameter of the stator core, by using a polarity anisotropic ring-shaped magnet as the rotor magnet 9.
