PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the speed with high definition with a Doppler speed meter, capable of making the Doppler frequency increased even when the frequency of the transmission signal transmitted to a measuring body is low. SOLUTION: The transmitted wave t, emitted to the measuring body 1, is reflected by the measuring body 1 and a reflector body 3 with a plurality of times, thereby the Doppler frequency, generated in the transmitted wave t, is increased.
