PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film for building materials improved in environmental safety aspects such as work environment and housing environment, interlayer adhesion and weatherability compared with the conventional ones. SOLUTION: The film for building materials at least comprises a base material sheet, an ink layer, an adhesive layer and a transparent resin layer, these layers being laminated successively. The adhesive layer is formed with a polyester resin wherein isophthalic acid of≥30 mol% as the dicarboxylic acid component and triethylene glycol of≥20 mol% as the glycol component are copolymerized when total amounts of the dicarboxylic acid component and the glycol component are each expressed by 100 mol%.
