PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container picking device for drug preparation suitable for putting and taking accurately a container stored in a storage rack of high integration density in and out. SOLUTION: This container picking device for the drug preparation has a push-up member 120 for pushing up a bottom face of the container 20, while abutting to the bottom face of the container 20, from a through hole 310 of the storage rack 300; a copush-up preventive member 130 abutting on a head part upper face of the peripheral container not to lift up the peripheral container together with the pushed-up container; and a knocking-down member 140 having a space diameter rather smaller than an upper dimension of the pushed-up container, and for sticking down the container clamped by a clamping picking member 110, by width-widening a flexible claw member 112, as to the container advanced in response to a push-up operation to the container, and a picking band having the push-up member, the copush-up preventive member and the knocking-down member 140 is movable with the storage rack therebetween.
