A holographic protective element with marking, which contains a basis made from plastic material, on which the hologram is formed, which takes the form of holographic relief made of alternating lugs and grooves, the layer of marking holographic relief executed in the form of text and/or graphic information on the surface of basis, and the protective layer located on the surface of holographic element with the marking. The layer of marking hologram is made from the paint or toner fused into the basis with the hologram.
