A method for the cord blood cells cultivation involves elimination of population of stem cells and nearest descendants thereof from the cord blood by purification of mononuclear fraction of cord blood by means of AC133 antibodies-conjugated supermagnetic microbeads and Minimax column, cultivation thereof in vitro with a complex of growth factors, subsequent cultivation in the half-liquid agar and determination of amount of colonies. Before cultivation in vitro in addition cultivation of purified population of cells of cord blood with growth factor Flt-3 is carried out in complete nutrient medium during 12-18 hours.
