A method for modification of surfaces of rubber technical articles involves treatment thereof in the capacitive high frequency discharge at the pressure of 0.133...13.3 Pa and application of monomer layer on surface thereof due to plasma chemical polymerization. At that rubber technical articles are used from rubber, in which composition uniformly distributed fluoro alcohol therein in the solid state is preliminarily introduced at an amount of 1.5...3 % of rubber mass, the treatment is performed in the capacitive high frequency discharge with specific power of 5...15 kW/m3. The monomer layer is applied by gaseous ingredients of fluoro alcohol, obtained by heating, dosed delivery thereof to the discharge zone at the pressure of 0.133...13.3 Pa.
