The method for treating the breast cancer comprises neoadjuvant courses of intra-arterial polychemotherapy, the radiotherapy, the adjuvant and therapeutic courses of polychemotherapy by the regional administration of the chemotherapeutic drugs through the system of the internal thoracic artery. In parallel to the catheterization of the internal thoracic artery, the lymphatic femoral vessel is catheterized. The daily dose of the chemotherapeutic drugs is divided into two fractions. One fraction is administered through the first catheter, while the second fraction containing the chemotherapeutic drugs with the mediated systemic activity is administered endolymphatically through the second catheter.
