The fill-discharge valve has body with cover, guide cup with windows for liquid flow, saddle with tightening facet and central flow-through channel, gate installed in the saddle, rod, placed in the central openings of the gate, with unloading valve, support nut, springs. In the central opening two recesses are provided, at that the central flow-through channel of the saddle is made conical, and the gate is equipped with conical bell. The top of the bell cone is turned in opposite direction with respect to the liquid flow, at that in the lower section of the bell turnings are provided.
