<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution containing a sugar in high concentration and free from the precipitation and crystallization of the sugar even by adding the sugar to the saturated concentration or thereabout or over the saturated concentration. <P>SOLUTION: The precipitation and crystallization of a sugar occurred in a conventional concentrated sugar solution is effectively suppressed to obtain a stable concentrated sugar solution by adding a specific polysaccharide to a specific solution containing a sugar at a high concentration. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
