<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supercharger with a variable nozzle vane reducing fretting wear of a lever plate and a pin by energizing the variable nozzle vane against pressure of exhaust gas pulsation with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: This supercharger is provided with a plurality of variable nozzle vanes 19 arranged on an outer circumference of a turbine 9, a link plate 21 installed at a position concentric with and adjoining the plurality of variable nozzle vanes, the pin projectingly provided on the link plate, a lever plate 20 fixed on a rotary shaft of the variable nozzle vane and engaging with the pin and changing angles of a plurality of the variable nozzle vanes by rotating the link plate, and an elastic member 31 stored in a turbine housing 4 and energizing the link plate 21 toward the lever plate 20 between the link plate 21 and the turbine housing 4 of the supercharger 1 with the variable nozzle vane. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
