PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain speeding-up of processing by preventing stopping of the operation caused by generation of heat of a drive signal generating part. SOLUTION: The liquid ejecting apparatus comprises the first drive signal generating part 70A which mainly generates a first drive signal COM_A, and a second drive signal generating part 70B which mainly generates a second drive signal COM_B of a smaller power consumption than that of the first drive signal COM_A.
