PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shredder container which is capable of efficiently and continuously disposing a large amount of waste without interruption and of conducting the disposal treatment of waste either in a state of being mounted on a vehicle or in a state of being placed on the ground, and to provide a waste disposal method using it. SOLUTION: The container 1 which can be freely loaded and unloaded between the ground and the vehicle body C1 by a cargo apparatus A mounted on the vehicle is provided with a shredder 2 to crush the waste thrown into an incorporation part 21 installed at the upper part, a carriage means 3, which is installed below the shredder 2 and a generator 4, to carry the crushed waste by the shredder 2 to a desired place and to supply an electric source for driving the shredder and for driving the carriage means.
