PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device capable of simply fixing a flat paper body to a nonmetal wall surface and scarcely leaving stain on the wall after removing the flat paper body. SOLUTION: This device comprises a base plate, a clamp plate and a cover plate, a surface opposed to a target wall of the base plate has an adhesive property, the cover plate is stuck to the opposed surface, one of the base plate or the clamp plate is formed of magnet and the other is formed of a magnetic body.
