A multi-space type syringe (10) manufacturable at low cost and capable of providing excellent productivity. The syringe (10) comprises an approximately cylindrical outer tube (12) and a pressing member (14) and a plug body (16) disposed in the outer tube (12) so as to be slidably fitted to the inner surface (12a) of the outer tube (12). A projected part (34) is formed on the principal plane (16a) of the plug body (16) so that a top part (34a) is eccentric to the principal plane (16a). A pressure is applied to the plug body (16) from an opening end (18) side according to the slidable movement of the pressing member (14) in the direction of an arrow A. When the projected part (34) of the plug body (16) is brought into contact with a closed end (20), the pressure from the opening end (18) side acts on the plug body (16) so as to rotate it in the direction of an arrow B. Accordingly, the body (30) and the flanged parts (32a) and (32b) of the plug body (16) are deformed so as to be bent, and a first space (38) and a second space (40) are formed between the inner surface (12a) of the outer tube (12) and the plug body (16).
